This podcast features a talk given by Dr Aileen Alan at the 2012 BAATN conference.

Dr Aileen Alleyne is a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor in private practice in East Sussex and also consults to organisations on issues of difference and diversity in the workplace and education. Aileen is the author of several book chapters and journal papers exploring themes on black/white dynamics, and the ubiquitous emotion of shame ever present in black identity wounding.
