Due to recent expansion of our free psychotherapy services, peer support services, information offer, and creative events calendar, we need a talented hands-on Deputy Director with the ability to get things done.
This would suit a mid-career mental health professional who would relish the challenge of developing creative new mental health services in an inner-city context.
Develop project management strategies for LS Mind’s programme of free mental health services with actionable targets, in collaboration with the CEO
Pursue viable grants opportunities to fund LS Mind’s core and project costs: complete funding applications, maintain excellent funder relationships and complete evaluation reports at regular intervals for our funders
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from LS Mind’s projects to present in bi-monthly reports to our Management Board as well as grant reports
Manage LS Mind’s project budgets and expenditure accounts using Quickbooks
Experienced mental health clinician (at least 3 years), preferably registered with UKCP, BACP or similar registration
Excellent time-management skills
Confident project manager and strategist
At least 3 years’ management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency across MS Office
Excellent data collection and evaluation skills
