£35,000 per annum
Permanent – 5 days per week (Mon- Fri)
West London – This post will cover schools in the Hounslow, Hillingdon, Barnet, Brent and Harrow area.
Please note, internally this role is known as a Cluster Manager.

We are looking for a Clinical Area Manager to ensure a delivery of a high quality and best-in-class service in Place2Be partner schools. The successful candidate will establish inspiring and close working relationships with partner head teachers and governing bodies and will also be overseeing clinical quality and supervision to a team of School Project Managers and Parent Counsellors.
The ideal candidate will essentially:
- Be a qualified therapist or counsellor with a substantial amount of post-qualifying experience
- Hold a recognised membership of a relevant professional body (BACP/PTUK/UKCP/NCS/BPS)
- Have previous management experience
- Have well-developed knowledge and understanding of clinical supervision
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders
